The Schedule. THE AFFIRMATION.  and Transition.
Be it enacted as follows:
1. This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.

2. The Commonwealth shall be established by Double Majority Referendum and the
Constitution of the Commonwealth shall take effect on and after the first day of the approval
of the Living Souls being the Electors resident in Australia.
Commonwealth of Australia Bill 1897 shall be repealed by referendum and replaced by this
the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.

3. This Act and all laws and Treaties made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under
this Constitution shall be binding on the Parliament and courts and judges and the people and all businesses of
every State and of every part of the Commonwealth.

5. From Chapter One Section 51 of this Constitution;
Part V. -- Powers of the Parliament.
Section 51. The Parliament subject to Section 01 of this Constitution shall, subject to this
Constitution have power to propose legislation for the peace, order and good government
of the Commonwealth with respect to the 39 subsections:

61. Federal Executive Government;
The Executive Government of the Commonwealth is the Authority in the Living Souls
of Australia and is exercisable by the Head of the Commonwealth as the
representative of the Living Souls of Australia and extends to the execution and
maintenance of this Constitution and of the laws of the Commonwealth;
Part 5 Section 51, Peace, Order and good Government.

The words of Section 51 and Section 61. can then be combined as follows;
The peace, order and good government of the Commonwealth;
exercisable by the Head of the Commonwealth as the representative of the
Living Souls of Australia and extends to the execution and maintenance of this
Constitution and of the laws of the Commonwealth;
